关于企业文化建设的思考

摘    要:企业文化是企业形成核心竞争力并持续发展的一个关键因素。企业文化的概念在国内企业中很早就被认可并接受,但总体而言,目前国内企业文化建设还有很大的发展空间,应抓住企业文化建设的几个关键点,如分析梳理企业文化、统一内部价值理念、提升执行力、创立品牌、注重以人为本等,确保企业健康稳定发展。

Abstract:Corporate culture is a key factor for enterprises to gain the core competitiveness and sustainable devel opment. The concept of corporate culture in the domestic enterprises have long been recognized and accepted, but in general, there is still much room for corporate culture development in China. Therefore, several key points should be followed, such as the systematic analysis of corporate culture, unified internal values, execution enhancement, cre ation of the brand, focus on people oriented , so as to ensure the healthy and stable development of enterprises.
