故障树分析法在雷达发射机故障诊断中的应用

摘    要:故障树分析方法是一种实用的故障分析方法。根据输入的故障征兆自动寻找匹配的底事件,然后生成顶事件故障树并求出最小割集,按照最小割集重要度大的部件优先检测的顺序生成测试流程,提示操作人员按照测试流程进行测试并找出故障源。通过构建故障树来进行某型雷达发射机的故障诊断分析,不仅可以方便推理机构寻找潜在故障进行故障诊断,而且较好地解决了专家知识获取难的问题,在确保诊断知识完整性的同时充分发挥了专家知识故障诊断快速高效的优点。

Abstract:Fault tree analysis is a practical failure analysis method. It is the concept of the diagnostic reasoning that matched bottom event is searched automatically by inputting the fault phenomenon. Then top event fault tree is generated and minimum cut sets are computed. The test flow is created according to the order of importance of minimum cut sets in which the users can be guided to find the fault part. Fault diagnosis of a radar transmitter is carried out by fault tree construction. This fault tree analysis can not only facilitate the reasoning in search for potential failure or fault diagnosis, but also further resolve the problem of knowledge acquisition and keep high efficiency of the expert knowledge with the integrity of the knowledge.
