| 摘 要： | 通过对不锈钢 碳钢复合板冷轧工艺的研究 ,提出了不锈钢 碳钢冷轧复合的结合机理。分析了影响不锈钢与碳钢复合的主要因素 ,指出扩散退火可以明显提高复合界面的结合性能。得到的实验数据对于开发新的不锈钢 碳钢复合板冷轧工艺有指导作用。

| Abstract: | Synopsis:Through a research on the cold rolling process of composite cold rolling plate of stainless steel/steel,the bonding mechanism of the composite plate is put forward in this paper.Main factors that influence the bonding of the composite plate are analyzed.It is indicated that diffusion annealing can obviously raise the bonding performance of bonding interface.The data obtained by the experiments can be used as guiding reference to develop new production processes of composite cold rolling plate of stainless steel/steel. |
