新型脱脂剂研究

摘    要:研究了常温下化学脱脂法实验所得脱脂剂。结果表明氢氧化钠10 g/L、硅酸钠8 g/L、碳酸钠6 g/L、多聚磷酸钠3.75g/L、焦磷酸钠1 g/L、柠檬酸钠8 g/L、磷酸钠10 g/L、表面活性剂12g/L时,脱脂率达到99%。实验所得脱脂剂工艺温度有所降低,并且防锈性能大大提高。

Abstract:The degreasing agent from chemical degreasing at normal temperature were investigated.The results show when the sodium hydroxide 14 g / L,sodium silicate8 g/L,sodium carbonate 10 g/L,sodium polyphosphate 0.4g /L,sodium pyrophosphate 1 g/ L,sodium citrate 8 g/L,Sodium phosphate 10 g/L,Sodium 6 g/L,the skim rate reached 99%.Optimal formula of degreasing agent from the experiment,the temperature is lower than others,and performance of antiseptic and antirust were greatly improved.
