摘    要:本文通过扫描电镜对Al-Zn热浸镀合金进行分析。结果表明:其镀层的显微组织由树枝状的富铝相和分布于枝晶间的富锌相组成,镀层厚度45.7μm。

Abstract:In this paper,a method of microstructure analyses of hot immersion plating Al-Zn alloy was introduced.The results showed that The microstructure of coating consists of Al-rich phase which is dendritic and Zn-rich phase which distributed in the interdendritic,and thickness of coating is 45.7μm.
