| Abstract: | Based on analysis of the examination, the author discusses the basic unit dimension to meet essential housing functions and points out that it is not necessary to simply reduce the dwelling space of low price housing, but we should comprehensively balance the housing function and quality to make the low price housing more economiceal and practical. |
