高校素质教育的理论意义、实践价值及实施的基本要求

摘    要:高等学校素质教育的理论意义在于超越传统高等教育思想,高扬人在教育中的主体地位,在教育过程中以发现人的价值、发挥人的潜能、发展人的个性为现代高等教育新理念;其实践的价值直接指向促进学生整体素质优化,实现学生的可持续发展。高等学校实施素质教育必须依照素质教育的基本要求,才能够实现高等学校素质教育的目标。

Abstract:The quality education theoretical meanings in institutions of higher learning lies in oversteping the traditional higher education idea,approving highly of the human beings' the main body status in the educational.So,the new idea of the modern higher education is that we should find the value of the human being,unearth the human beings'latent capacity,develop the human beings' individuality,to dominate the teaching cours in the moden higher education .The choice of the practice value in institutions of higher learing quality education is to promote the students' all-round quality,to realise the students'sustainable development for this reason.We think that we carries out the quality education in the institutions of higher learning.We must be in accordance with the basic requierments of the quality education,we could realise the aims of the quality education in the institutions of higher leaning.
