| 摘 要： | 针对石羊河流域干旱缺水现状,以流域属区的黄羊河水库为研究对象,从水库存在的问题、现状和运行状况入手,综合考虑泄洪能力的不确定性及不同典型洪水过程等因素对黄羊河水库汛限水位的影响,采用水文统计学原理,分析研究黄羊河水库历年的降雨量、径流量及洪水特性,论证了河西内陆河流域中小型水库抬高汛限水位运行、增加水库供水能力的必要性和可行性。
