宣钢烧结配加高炉瓦斯灰的合理性探讨

摘    要:通过烧结杯及工业生产试验研究表明:宣钢高炉生产所产生的瓦斯灰,进入烧结配料后的比例约为2%,对烧结矿转鼓强度、成品率指标没有明显影响,烧结矿-10~+5mm粒级含量减小,同时降低了烧结固体燃耗;瓦斯灰用于烧结生产是可行、有效益的,是宣钢目前瓦斯灰较为合理的利用途径。

Abstract:It is showed from sintering pot and industrial tests that the gas powder from Xuan Steel's B.F.is about 2 percent in sintering proportioning,and it has no obvious influence to drum strength and yield of sinter,the content of particle size between-10 to +5 mm reduced,and in the same time solid fuel consumption lowered
