摘    要:本系统是一个由2台上位机和2套PLC组成的全厂控制系统。2套PLC中1套作为主站,另外1套作为子站,主站和子站分别下挂多个ET200分布式系统,主站和子站之间采用MPI方式通讯,主站和上位机之间采用工业以太网通讯。整个系统因直线距离超过5Km,站间通讯数据的传送全部采用光纤方式。重点介绍行业工艺要求,系统架构和选型思路,硬件配置和软件编程要点,实施过程中有关通讯问题的解决,系统全面完工后取得的效果和体会。

Abstract:The control system of whole factory contains two sets of upper-machine and two sets of PLC.One set of PLC is the master station and the other one as the substation, and there are multi-distributed systems of ET200 under the master station and the substation. The communication style between the master station and the substation is MPI, but industrial themet between the master station and the upper-machine.As the whole system of linear distance exceeds 5Km,the transmission of communication data between stations entirely uses the style of optical fiber.The article focuses on industry requirements,system architecture, selection of ideas, hardware configuration, software programming elements, the settlement about communication in the process of implementing and the effectiveness of the complement of the whole system.
