击穿电位法测定锌铬膜的耐蚀性能

摘    要:锌铬膜的耐蚀性能大多采用测定腐蚀失重和电化学测定极化电阻Rp和自腐蚀电流icorr的方法。采用击穿电位法测定锌铬膜的耐蚀性能,获得了与腐蚀失重方法和电化学方法相一致的结果,从而认定击穿电位法可以用来评价锌铬膜的耐蚀性能。

Abstract:Anti-corrosion performance of zinc-chromium coating is usually evaluated by measuring weight loss rate of corrosion and measuring polarization resistance Rp and corrosion current density icorr by electrochemical method. Rupture potential measurement method was used to evaluate the anti-corrosion performance of zinc-chromium coating and the results were in consistance with the tests of Rp and icorr meaurements, indicating that the electrochemical method to measure rupture potential can evaluate the anti-corrosion performance of zinc-chromium coating.
