光散射粉尘传感器的尘染补偿方法及光强分布的研究

详细了分析了光束通过含尘空气时的衰减特性和散射特性，提出了采用光散射法测定了浮游粉尘浓度的方法，设计出双光路测法传感器，对其光路系统的光强分布进行了分析，研究了表明，该传感器可以自动补偿光学元件尘染带来的测量误差，光路中含尘空气对光强的衰减不大，但应考虑光学元件及其表面积尘的影响。

STUDY ON COMPENSATION OF DUST POLLUTION AND LIGHT INTENSITY DISTRIBUTION IN THE LIGHT SCATTERING DUST SENSOR

Light fading and scattering characteristics in the dusty air are analysed.The method of using light scattering way to monitor float dust concentration is introduced.Double light path dust sensor is designed.The light distribution in the path is analysed.The study shows that monitoring error caused by dust pollution can be compensated automatically.The light fading by dusty air in the path is very small,but affection of optic components and falled dust should be considered.
