| 摘 要： | 针对某集团公司热力厂 75t/h煤粉锅炉热效率低、结焦严重、出力不足等问题 ,通过分析查找其中原因 ,对其进行了换用普华PW—I型燃烧器的技术改造 ,取得了较好的节能效果 ,并对改造前后锅炉运行状况燃烧器的空气动力场进行了试验测试和评价。

| Abstract: | For problems of low heat efficiency, serious sinter and inadequate output of 75t coal power boiler, by analyzing reasons,technical rebuilding using PW-I burner was carried out, which made the boiler to operate steadily and efficiently and achieved the goal of increasing production and decreasing consumption. Tests and evaluations on boiler operation conditions and aerodynamic field before and after rebuilding were made. |
