带扰流片的矩形通道的实验研究

摘    要:以高温透平叶片冷却为应用背景,对带有顺排、错排扰流片的矩形通道进行了实验研究。实验结果表明:在相同的雷诺数下,错排扰流片比顺排扰流片具有更好的强化换热效果,即便保持相同的流动阻力,错排扰流片的冷却效果仍强于顺排扰流片。

Experiment on Air Flow and Heat Transfer in Rectangular Duct with Interfere Fins
Abstract:With the internal cooling of the trailing edge of high temperature turbine blade as the application background, the flow and heat transfer process was experimented in the duct with sequence and staggered rectangular fins. The experimental results indicate that the rectangular plate fins are better than pin fins for heat transfer enhancement. With staggered rectangular fins, the flow resistance factor rises about 2 % compared with the duct with sequence rectangular fins and pin fins under the same Re, whereas the cooling capability rises 9% and 50 % respectively.
