摘    要:以安徽省界首市为例,对集中开采中深层地下水资源的做法以及带来的后果进行论述。指出,自1980年集中开采地下水以来,开采区地下水位大幅下降,水量减少;地面沉降,地下水质恶化。进一步分析由于中深层地下水补给来源面窄量少,且速度缓慢,故界首市的中深层地下水中有80%以上源自浅层地下水的越流补给,其城区中深层地下水超采系数高达1 99,供水水源井布局严重不合理,加剧了集中开采区的地下水水位大幅度下降。最后给出缓解本地区环境地质进一步恶化的相关对策。

Abstract:A discussion is made of the centralized mining of the middle and deep layer groundwater resources in Jieshou City of Shandong Province and its consequences. It is pointed out that the centralized mining of the middle and deep layer groundwater since 1980 in this city has induced large decline of the groundwater table, decrease of groundwater volume, settlement of ground surface, and deterioration of groundwater quality. Further analysis shows that, with a few water sources for the middle and deep layer groundwater recharge and low recharge rate, 80% of the total volume of the middle and deep layer groundwater recharge comes from shallow groundwater, that the coefficient of middle and deep layer groundwater overmining in the urban region reaches 1.99, and that the allocation of water supply sources is unreasonable, greatly lowering the groundwater table in the mining regions. Finally, some countermeasures are proposed for prevention of further deterioration of the environmental and geologic conditions of the region.
