分散染料微胶囊缓释扩散性能的研究

摘    要:通过原位聚合法对分散染料进行胶囊化后,选用乙醇作为萃取剂,对分散染料微胶囊进行萃取,并采用人姚度法测定萃取液的吸光度,从而获得分散料微胶囊的缓释扩散性能。实验结果表明,染料类型,染料含助剂、系统调节剂及壁材用量对最终分散染料微胶囊的缓释扩散性能和都产生影响。

Abstract:disperse dyestuff microcapsules were prepared by in -situ polymerization, then the product was ex tracted with alcohol. The extended release property and diffusibility of disperse dyestuff microcapsules were achieved by measuring the absorbance of the extracted liquid with spectrophotometry. The experiment indicated that the type of dyes, auxiliaries containes in dyestuff, the ammount of system regulating agent and wall material had influence on the extended release property and diffusibility of the final disperse dyestuff microcapsules.
