摘    要:主要研究在矩形铁皮原材料上排放若干种二维不规则工艺品零件。对零件轮廓矢量图进行分类,采用形心重合定位填充算法对不规则图形进行组合,然后使用对排、单排、改进型的最低水平线排料策略,在满足“一刀切”的工艺品剪切要求和同种规格零件尽量放在一起的前提下,尽量提高原材料的利用率。实验结果表明排料算法的原材料利用率较高,同时满足剪切工艺要求。

Abstract:Researches the problem that packing two dimensional irregular parts on the rectangular original material.Firstly,classify the contour maps of the parts.Use a heart-shaped coincidence position filling algorithm for the combination of irregular parts,then use the reverse nesting,single nesting and the improved minimum horizon nesting strategy.Under the condition that the "one-cut" requirements and packing the same style parts together,increase the usage of the iron materials as much as possible.The results brought by the nesting algorithm show that the utilization of the raw materials is high,at the same time meet the shearing requirements.
