基于S7-200安瓿灭菌干燥机温度模糊控制

摘    要:将温度变送器输入的信号通过EM231A/D转换后,送入PLC,经PLC内部程序模糊运算推理后,控制电加热管的加热。该控制方法具有升温迅速、温度稳定性好的特点,并有较好的鲁棒性和适应能力,能较易达到安瓿干燥灭菌的工艺标准。

Abstract:Switch the signal which is inputted by the temperature transducer through A/D of EM231, then transport the signal to PLC, in which it can calculate and deduce by the fuzzy control, thus it can manipulate the heating of electric heating pipe. This control project characters as prompt increasing temperature and good temperature stability. At the same time, it can provide good robust and adaptation, so that it makes easy to adapt to the craft of sterilizing and drying machine.
