电解低钛铝合金的相组成和细化机理的研究

摘    要:采用在电解过程中直接形成低钛铝合金的方法,研究了电解铝中不同含Ti量及其在合金中存在不同第二相对细化效果的影响。结果表明,电解掺Ti的细化效果好于纯铝加Al—Ti中间合金,钛在电解铝中起到异质形核和抑制晶粒长大的作用。

Abstract:A new method,forming Al alloy with small amount of Ti directly in the process of electrolysis,was adopted to refine Al alloy.The effect of the different content of Ti and second phase on refinement efficiency was studied.The results show that the efficiency of the electrolysis method's refinement is better than that of the Al-Ti master alloy's.Function of Ti in Al alloy was mainly heterogeneous nucleation and retarding the growth of crystal.
