| 摘 要： | 张力辊在带钢生产机组中广泛使用,提高张力辊控制的稳定性和控制精度对于保证机组的顺利进行,发挥机组的产能,提高产品的质量有着十分重要的意义。分析了彩涂生产机组中张力辊的控制原理,介绍了6SE70变频器在张力辊控制中的应用以及张力辊组的转矩控制的实现方法。

| Abstract: | Bridle roll is used widely in strip mill.It is very important to improve the control stability and accuracy of bri-dles for smooth production,exerting throughput and improving the quality of delivery production.This paper analyzed the control principle of bridles in coloured painting mill and introduced the application of 6SE70 in bridle control.The im-plementation of torque control of bridles described in detail. |
