摘    要:提出了一种利于工程运用的霍尔传感器的安装方法。主要通过短时脉冲定位的方式检测霍尔传感器的反馈信号,然后通过适当修正得到霍尔信号的交变点,利用6次换相对应出的霍尔信号组找出霍尔在电机上的安装位置。基于硬件测试发现,该方法易于实现,且安装位置误差非常小,准确度高。

Abstract:This paper presents an installation method of Hall sensor for engineering appli- cation. This method is chiefly to detect the feedback signal of Hall sensor by short-time pulse position method, to obtain the Hall signal alternating points by appropriate modification, and then to find out Hall sensor installation position by using Hall signal group ( which is corresponding with six commutations. Based on hardware test, it is discovered that this method is easy to implement and of less installation error and high accuracy).
