PDC钻头泥包处理措施及新型防泥包钻头

摘    要:PDC钻头产生泥包现象的影响因素包括钻头特性、地质、泥浆、使用方法等,各种针对PDC钻头的防泥包现场处理措施,可一定程度上减少下钻过程及钻进过程中的泥包产生,在施工过程中应重视针对性地选用。新型防泥包PDC钻头综合性能优于普通PDC钻头,具有推广价值。

Abstract:The factors that cause PDC bit bailing include bits performance and usage, geology condition and slurry quality. All kinds of measures for treating PDC bit bailing on site are able to reduce bailing-up to some degrees in the course of running in the hole or drilling. These measures should be well targeted in use. New type of bits against bailing-up is better than normal PBC bits in overall performance and worth wide application.
