| 摘 要： | 论述了旋转电动机在实际运行中如何确定其电气绝缘水平 ,以及电气绝缘保护配合的问题 ,分析了旋转电动机过电压保护装置不能保护电动机的原因 ,提出了在现有的技术条件下 ,实现旋转电动机过电压保护较为有效和可靠的技术措施。
