| 摘 要： | 内蒙古中部包括呼和浩特市、包头市、鄂尔多斯市三市,是内蒙古经济最发达的地区,共有旗县15个。本文选取呼和浩特市所辖的土默特左旗和鄂尔多斯市(原伊克昭盟)所辖的达拉特旗为例,分析旗县城镇化动力因素的演变、现状和评价,并探讨城镇发展的对策。
