关于用人导向的思考

摘    要:坚持正确的用人导向关系到党的事业兴旺发达。坚持正确的用人导向,应做到六个必须:必须树立正确的用人思想,必须以科学严格的程序作保障,必须加强领导干部自身建设,必须加大用人的监督力度,必须解放思想、与时俱进,必须用准、用好人。在工作中,要用德才兼备的人,用实绩突出的人,用群众满意的人,为社会主义革命和建设造就更多的人才。

Abstract:Sticking to use people appropriately will have influence on flourishing of our party's cause.To do that,we must set up a correct ideas,use scientific and strict procedure as guarantee,enhance the construction of leaders themselves,strengthen monitoring dynamics of using people,emancipate the mind and keep paces with the times,use people properly.We should employ those people who possess both ability and political integrity,those who have outstanding achievement and those who the masses are satisfied with to train more talented people for socialist revolution and construction.
