摘    要:本文介绍冲天炉生产条件下,采用铁水冷却过程中的共晶释放能、共晶凝固时间与大量共晶持续时间三个参数,经过多元线性回归得到计算公式,从而对铁素体球墨铸铁的球化率进行快速测定。测试误差为球化一级(按JB1802-76规定的六级球化标准计算),测试时间为三分半钟。

Abstract:This paper reports the process in which a related equation between the nodulizing level of cast iron and the three characteristic values of the thermal analysis curves,i. e. the releasing energy in the eutectic solidification, the time of the eutectic solidification and the lasting time of the violent eutectic transformation, can be set up by means of regr- ession analysis. Then the nodulizing level of ferrite ductile iron melted in cupola may be quickly determined within three and a half minutes after the sample has been poured. According to "JB 1802-76"classification, the error of this method is only one level.
