摘    要:本文采用高速、高性能可编程逻辑器件FPGA,利用内部NiosⅡ嵌入式处理器,加载μC/OSⅡ实时操作系统,基于NicheStack TCP/IP协议栈,采用Socket API编程,阐述了在动车空心轴无损检测的多通道超声探伤系统中实现嵌入式干兆以太网的过程。实验结果表明:传输数据准确、传输速度稳定。

Abstract:In this paper, using high-speed and high-performance programmable logic device FPGA, with Nios Ⅱ embedded processor, loading μC/OS-Ⅱ real-time operating system, based on NicheStack TCP/IP protocol stack, using Socket API programming, the design of embedded Gigabit Ethernet in a multi-channel ultrasonic inspection system used in testing Hollow shaft of motor car is described in detail. Testing with Wireshark Network Analyzer installed in the host computer, and the results show that data transmission, receiving and sending data are in exactly the same data, no errors and omissions, the transmission speed is stable with continuous 24-hour transmission test.
