喷淋净化工艺处理复杂有机废气

大风量、低浓度复杂有机废气常用的处理方法有吸收法、吸附法、生物法、催化燃烧法等，其中吸收法投资费用少，运行成本低，在中小型企业中得到广泛应用。文章结合具体示范工程实例，在传统吸收法的基础上，针对工业复杂有机废气提出了一种新的喷淋净化工艺，不仅操作简单易行，“三苯”净化效果稳定，苯类废气的净化效率达到90％以上。该项技术具有投资省、运行成本低、净化效率高、易操作等特点，具有很好的推广应用价值。
