密闭微波消解方法在大气颗粒物样品前处理中的应用

摘    要:传统的大气颗粒物消解采用的是开放式湿法消解,步骤多,耗时长,使用的试剂量多,且容易引入杂质元素。密闭微波消解方法与其相比操作简便,消解速度快,耗用的试剂量少,样品污染小,可应用于多种金属元素的测定,值得推广。

Abstract:Compared with traditional open-air wet digestion method,microwave digestion method is simpler and faster.And the microwave digestion method consumes less reagents and has smaller sample contamination.The microwave digestion method can be applied to the determination of many metal elements,so it was worth promoting.
