某鲕状赤铁矿选矿试验研究

摘    要:针对微晶赤铁矿与绿泥石、粘土、胶磷矿等构成的鲕状赤铁矿矿石的性质,采用磁选-酸浸联合工艺,当原矿中含Fe为48.89%,含P为0.65%时,可获得Fe品位为55.71%,回收率为60.59%的铁精矿,铁精矿中P的含量降至0.10%.

Abstract:In view of ore properties of oolitic hematite consisting of microcrystalline hematite and chlorite,clay and glue phosphate,a joint process of magnetic separation and acid leaching was adopted for recovering iron.When Fe content of the feed was 48.89% and P 0.65%,the iron concentrate with grade(Fe) 55.71% and recovery(Fe) 60.59% was gained and the content of P in iron concentrate was down to 0.10% by the joint process.
