从大豆磷脂中分离高纯度脑磷脂的研究

摘    要:研究了用有机溶剂法从大豆磷脂中提取制备高纯度脑磷脂的工艺,大豆磷脂先用丙酮萃洗溶解去除其中的油脂和游离脂肪酸,然后用无水乙醇溶解除去卵磷脂,最后用石油醚萃取沉淀物得高纯度的脑磷脂。对石油醚萃取高纯度脑磷脂的工艺进行了探讨,得到最佳工艺参数为:料液比为1:4(w/V);萃取次数为3次;萃取温度为30℃。在此工艺条件下脑磷脂的得率为91.9%,纯度为93.5%。
