摩托车废润滑油再生工艺研究

摘    要:采用“溶剂精制-白土/活性炭吸附”和“减压蒸馏-溶剂精制”两种工艺对摩托车废润滑油进行再生研究,实验表明,后者的效果较为显著。在“减压蒸馏-溶剂精制”的工艺中,将减压蒸馏收集的第二馏分作为主要馏分,并用糠醛和N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)对其进行精制,通过正交实验得到了两种溶剂的最佳精制条件。糠醛精制的最佳条件:精制温度为80℃,精制时间为60min,剂油比为1.5:1,而NMP精制的最佳条件:精制温度为30℃,精制时间为60min,剂油比为3:1。在该工艺中,精制油品的收率都在80%以上。通过对精制后的油品进行润滑油脂润滑性模拟试验(四球磨试验)。结果显示NMP的精制效果比糠醛好。实验还对废润滑油和新润滑油进行了热重分析,结果表明润滑油的主要成分并没有发生变化。

Abstract:Craft of combination of solvent refining and adsorption by carclazyte or active carbon and craft of combination of vacuum distillation with solvent refining were used to regenerate the motorcycle waste lubricating oil.As the result,the second craft was proved to be better.In the better craft,the second cut fraction was collected through vacuum distillation as the main fraction,and then refined it by furfural and NMP.Through orthogonal experiment,the best refining conditions were obtained.The best conditions...
