高浓度有机废水催化氧化处理

摘    要:以COD15100mg/L,色度500倍难生化降解的有机废水为水样.采用紫外光协同Fenton催化氧化与沉降分离相结合工艺,通过成套装置对其进行处理,着重研究了有关的工艺条件与COD去处率的关系。结果表明:控制适宜的药剂剂量、反应时间、光剂量等因素.COD去除率可达到99.3%以上,处理后废水COD小于100mg/L。

Abstract:Poor degradable organic wastewater with concentration of 15100 mg/L COD and 500 chroma was treated by photocatalytic advanced oxidation plus sedimentation process.And the relationship between the process conditions and COD removal rate were investigated.The result shows that the COD removal rate of wastewater can reach more than 99.3 %,and the COD of effluent can be reduced to less than 100 mg/L under optimized process parameters including medicament dose,reaction time,photo dose.
