Surface water dissolved oxygen is an important indicator of water quality,fish and other aquatic organisms is the growth and survival of one of the determinants.The paper briefly introduced the concept of dissolved oxygen,dissolved oxygen supersaturation and monitoring and analysis methods,and through two methods of experimental verification than the existence of the phenomenon of supersaturation of dissolved oxygen.Finally,the dissolved oxygen supersaturation of the reasons were discussed.
