| 摘 要： | 以间苯二甲酸为原料，二氧化硅为催化剂，一锅法合成了５ 磺酸钠间苯二甲酸二甲酯。间苯二甲酸、发烟硫酸（５０％）和甲醇质量比为１∶１２∶１９，磺化温度１９０℃，磺化时间２ｈ，产物不经分离直接进行酯化反应，酯化温度８６℃，酯化时间３ｈ，总收率７６％，纯度９９５％。

Study on the Synthesis of Sodium 5 Sulfo Dimethylisophthalate |

| Abstract: | Sodium 5 sulfo dimethylisophthalate is synthesized from isophthalic acid by the catalyst of silica.The optimum reaction conditions obtained is isophthalic acid∶oleum(50%)∶methanol=1∶1.2∶1.9(weight ratio) at 190℃ for 2h,the reaction mixture isn't separated and is esterified immediately at 86℃for 3h.The total yield is 76%with 99.5% purity. |
