| 摘 要： | 在介绍了CRT显示的基本知识和电子枪的结构、原理的基础上，重点讨论了电子枪旋转度的概念和测量方法，对电子枪旋转对显像管质量的影响进行了研究。针对电子枪的整个生产流程中所有可能影响电子枪旋转度的因素，提出了相应的实验和理论分析，并对实验结果进行综合分析，从而找出了影响枪旋转的因素，最终采取相应的措施，提高电子枪关于旋转度的工序能力。

| Abstract: | Based on the introduction of the basic knowledge of CRT display and the principle and construction of the electronic gun, the paper introduces the gun rotation's conception and measure method for the gun rotation's conception, as well as its effect to CRT. The varieties of the influencing factors of the gun rotation in the electronic gun production line were presented and analyzed. The effective actions were accomplished to improve the capability of process of the gun rotation's process. |
