摘    要:介绍了10kV城市电网中性点经小电阻接地方式和经消弧线圈接地方式的发展状况,以及两种接地方式的适用范围,给出了电容电流的估算方法。阐述了中性点电阻值、消弧线圈补偿容量的选择方法及零序保护配置和整定要求。针对两种接地方式的不同,指出了在母线接地系统并列运行时的不同之处。

Abstract:This paper introduces the development of neutral-point earthing through small resistance and through arc- suppression coil in 10 kV urban power grid, describing the application scope of the two carthing methods, and presenting the estimation method of capacitive current, it also elaborates on the selection of neutral-point resistance value, the compensating capacity of arc-suppression coil as well as the configuration and setting requirements of zero-sequence protection. In view of the distinctness between the two methods, the differences during parallel operation of bus grounding systems are compared.
