摘    要:根据地沟油酸值高的特点,采用固酸、固碱两步非均相催化法开发生物柴油。此法避免了均相酸法耐酸设备价格高,反应时间长,酯化率低,有废水等缺点;克服了均相碱催化酯交换反应对高酸值地沟油易皂化,得率低,产生大量废水等弊病;同时,也克服了两步均相法产生大量废水,影响环境的不足。在最佳试验条件下,酯化率在96%以上。

Abstract:Based on the character of high acid value of waste oil,a method of preparing biodiesel by heterogeneous solid acid/base catalyst was established.The method avoids the shortcomings of expensive durancing-acid equipment,long reaction time and low esterification rate with homogeneous acid catalyst,It overcomes the shortcomings of easy saponification,low yield rate and a great deal of wastewater with homogeneous base catalyst.It also avoids the shortcomings of environment pollution caused by wastewater with homogeneous acid/base catalyst.The esterification rate with the established method is over 96%.
