摘    要:评价了将液晶(1iquid crystalline,LC)颜料体系和添加剂适当混合以开发新的织物印花工艺概念上的尝试。分别考察了亚麻织物(粘胶、蚕丝、棉、羊毛、聚酯),不同的有色织物(如粘胶、聚酯、聚酰胺)及不同类型的聚酯织物(轧光、针织、罗纹),以判断这种工艺的适用性。上述织物的印花测试由精心安排的标准织物印花工艺应用液晶颜料薄层完成。考虑到机械负载(使用、弯曲、褶皱、煮炼)引起印花织物色变,对试验印花进行了评价。该样品的制成与面世,显示了印花服装新的引人注目的光学效果,以及在服装、印花和后整理工业中的显著的潜在色变优势。

Abstract:Several conceptual approaches to suitable combinations of liquid crystalline (LC) pigment system and additives for creating textile printing processes are evaluated. To discriminate its suitability linen goods (rayon, silk, cotton wool, polyester), differently dyed textile (e.g.rayon, polyester, polyamide) as well as differently conditioned polyester fabrics (calendared, knitted, roughened) are taken into account. Test printings on the afore mentioned fabrics are processed by carefully arranging classical textile printing techniques with a thin layer application of liquid crystalline pigments. These test printings are judged in respect to changes of the color impression by mechanical loading of the printed fabrics (usage, crinkling, wrinkling, scoring). Samples are prepared and presented to the public to demonstrate the new and exciting optical effects of the printed garments and to highlight the potential of color change effects to fashion and to printing and finishing industry as well.
