四角切向燃烧锅炉燃烧器区流动工况的数值模拟

摘    要:在大型四角切向燃烧锅炉中,从四角燃烧器喷口喷出的射流总要不可避免地偏离其设计方向。针对造成燃烧器区射流偏转的两大因素:射流自身的卷吸作用、炉内旋转气流对射流的横向冲击作用,采用数值模拟的方法对燃烧器射流进行研究,分析燃烧器射流的开启角度及喷口数对燃烧器区空气动力场的影响,从而为改善炉内工况提供一定的依据。

Abstract:In large tangential firing boilers the jet flow from the burners would inevitably departure from the designed direction. Aiming at the two major factors causing the deviation of the jet flow in the burner zone, namely the entrainment force of the jet flow itself and the horizontal impact force of the rotating flow in the furnace to the jet flow, the method of numerical simulation was adopted to study the jet flow from the burners. The influence of the opening angle of the jet flow from the burners and the number of the spouts on the aero-dynamical field of the burner zone was analyzed. The study provides the basis for improving combustion condition in the furnace.
