| Abstract: | Main factors,which affect the open circuit voltage of crystalline silicon solar cells at weak illumination,were discussed in this paper.Measured results of open circuit voltages under weak radiation were presented.To increase the open circuit voltage of crystalline silicon solar cells at weak illumination the shunt resistance of the solar cells must be increased firstly. |
