混凝沉淀工艺处理酚、氰废水工程实例

摘    要:针对某一焦化废水处理系统进行分析.该系统采用后继混凝沉淀的A/O工艺处理含酚、氰的焦化废水,当进水COD在3 677.5~6 980 mg/L,出水COD可降至291.6~384.2 mg/L,平均去除率为93.1%,可满足排入城市下水道的要求;当进水氨氮在116.5~139.72 mg/L,出水氨氮可降至11.64~25.26 mg/L,平均去除率为85.44%,只有少数的几个监测点没有满足排放标准;出水酚与氰化物含量分别在1.0 mg/L和0.5 mg/L以下,完全达到GB 8978-1996中二级排放标准.最后对该工艺的运行成本及实际过程中存在的问题进行了分析.

Abstract:Aerobic/anoxic(A/O) process followed by flocculation-sedimentation was used to treat coking wastewater containing high-concentration of phenol and cyanide.The practical running data indicated that the phenol decreased to 1.0 mg/L from 288~680 mg/L,cyanide to 0.5 mg/L from 0.73~11.3 mg/L when the HRT and DO of A section was 7 h and less than 0.3mg/L,the HRT and DO of O section was 7 h and 3.5 mg/L,the PAC dosage was 1 012.3 mg/L,the PAM dosage was 4.2 mg/L and flocculation-sedimentation time was 1.5 h.The ef...
