基于条码技术的在制品生产过程管理

摘    要:针对面向订单的单件小批离散制造企业,提出了基于条码技术的在制品数据采集方法,并给出了实施策略。定义了不同级别的工件生产状态,建立了相应的加工、检验状态判定准则。设计和开发了原型系统,并在某企业得到了成功应用。应用结果表明,条码技术运用于在制品的生产过程管理是切实可行的,真正实现了闭环的ERP系统。

Abstract:Aiming at the order-oriented dispersing manufacturing enterprise for single and small batch production, a WlP data collection method based on barcode and implementation strategy were presented. The part production states based on different grades were defined and corresponding rules of part production state and inspecting state were proposed, a prototype system is developed and used in an enterprise successfully. It is proved to be feasible to apply the barcode technique into production management,which makes a real closed-loop ERP system being true.
