聚α-烯烃合成油加氢工艺的研究

摘    要:为了提高聚α-烯烃合成油的质量,降低油品的溴值,需要对传统AlCl3络合催化剂聚合反应得到的PAO粗产品进行加氢处理。Pd/Al2O3催化剂作为一种贵金属加氢催化剂具有很好的加氢活性。实验使用Pd/Al2O3催化剂,研究了反应温度、氢气压力、空速和氢油体积比对PA040和PA0100加氢效果的影响,并得出了相应的最佳加氢工艺条件。

Abstract:In order to improve the quality of PAO and decrease the bromine number, it is necessary to hydrogenate PAO which is polymerized with traditional aluminium trichloride catalyst. Pd/Al2O3 catalyst which belongs to the category of noble metal catalyst has good hydrogenation activity. The influences of the reaction temperature, H2 pressure, space velocity, and the ratio of H2 to raw oil during the hydrogenation of PA040 and PAO100 were studied. A conclusion about the optimum conditions was made in this paper.
