磷酸二氢铝铸钢易割片的研制

研制了以磷酸二氢铝为粘结剂，硅砖粒，粉为骨料的保温冒口易割片，试验和生产实践表明：易割片具有较好的工艺和机械性能，无毒，无味，不污染环境，适宜铸钢件的生产；冒口可用锤子敲除，减轻了劳动强度和减少了清理工时等，具有好的经济效益和社会效益。

The Development and Application of Phosphate Knock-off Core on Steel Castings

Phosphate knock-off core of scrap silica brick aggregate for steel castings has been developed with experiment method. The production experiments proved that the technongical property and mechanical properties is fine, the knock-off core doesn't pollute environment and it is suitable to tile carbon steel casting. The economic benefit of this research result are very remarkable and are worth spreading.
