| 摘 要： | 抗氧剂YHK - 1主要由酚类和亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂组成 ,能有效抑制聚合物氧化 ,被广泛用于ABS树脂中。由于它是复合型抗氧剂 ,复配条件的选择很重要。通过一系列的实验 ,总结出最佳复配条件为温度 90～ 10 0℃ ,时间 1 5～ 2 5h ,搅拌速度 80r/min |

| Abstract: | Antioxidant YHK-1 is composed of mainly a phenolic antioxidant and an alkylphenol phosphorous ester, used extensively in ABS resin.As a complex type antioxidant,it is very important to choice the optimum preparation conditions.Through a series of experiments,the optimum preparation conditions were found that the operating temperature is 90-100 ℃,mixing time is 1 5-2 5 h and the mixing round speed is 80 r/min. |
