摘    要:介绍一种基于脉冲频率调制(PFM)高频开关电源技术的磁控管灯丝电源的小型化设计,基于该设计研制了满足磁控管灯丝加热要求的宽输出电流调节范围恒流灯丝电源;通过完善的保护电路设计,保障了电源在磁控管灯丝加热应用时的可靠性和安全性。

Abstract:The magnetron filament power width modulation (PFM) switching and security of the filament power s filament power supply meet the rain powe upply supply miniaturization design and development based on pulse r supply have been carried out and introduced. The reliability was ensured by redundant design of the protection circuit. The iaturization requirements of the magnetron solid state modulator.
