菲涅耳衍射变换及其在二元光学设计中的应用

摘    要:导出菲涅耳衍射的逆运算表达式,定义菲涅耳衍射变换,并基于二元光学设计的Gerch-berg—Saxton(GS)算法,将菲涅耳衍射变换用于二元光学元件的设计,给出对产品表面作激光标记的光学元件的设计实例.

Abstract:The expression of the inverse calculation of Fresnel diffraction has been derived and the definition of Fresnel diffraction transform is given. Based on Gerchberg-Saxton(GS)calculation method, Fresnel diffraction transform is applied to the design of binary optical elements and an example of optical element design is provided, which is used in the laser marking on the surface of the products.
