紫外分光光度法测定大豆异黄酮含量

摘    要:大豆异黄酮有12种,母核结构均是3-苯基色原酮,在260 nm有最大吸收,可用紫外分光光度法测定异黄酮含量.以大豆苷元(Daidzein)作标准品绘制标准曲线,建立回归方程,相关系数r=0.9941,方法回收率100.4%,变异系数0.25%,证明方法可靠性好、重现性高.

Abstract:Soybean isoflavone contains 12 ingredients,whose parenting structure is 3-phenyl-chromones and highest absorption is at 260 nm.The content of soybean isoflavone can be analyzed by UV spectrophotometry.A standard curve by daidzein as typical product was drawed,and the regressive equation was obtained.The related coefficient was 0.9941,the recovery coefficient was 100.4%,the variation coefficient was 0.25%.The method has rather higher practicability and repeatability.
