摘    要:AD8555是美国ADI公司推出的一种新型的零漂移、数字可编程传感器信号放大器。它具有低输入失调电压、低输入失调电压漂移、增益和输出失调电压可数字编程的特点,广泛应用于各种传感器测量电路中。给出了AD8555的内部结构、功能特点和工作原理,并详细描述了在温度测量系统中的一个典型应用和使用注意事项。实践证明,其在传感器测量电路中具有很高的实用价值。

Abstract:The AD8555 is a new kind of zero-drift, digitally programmable sensor signal amplifier produced by Analog Devices Inc. of the United States. It is widely applied in all kinds of measuring circuits of sensors, with the features of low input offset voltage, low input offset voltage drift and digitally programmable gain and output offset voltage. The internal structure, functional features and operational principle of AD8555 are presented; the typical application in temperature measuring system and a number of issues concerning the use are described in detail. The practice proves that AD8555 offers high applicative value in measuring circuits of sensors.
